2012 Caravantalk      Winner – Best Caravan Servicing      Runner up – Best Caravan Dealership

This year's awards were sponsored by the website Caravan Talk, which is one of the largest online caravanning communities in the UK with nearly 30,000 members. Members were asked to vote in various categories from the first nominations to the final winners. This meant that the finalists and winners were chosen for their merits by a large and independent caravan community, lending a tangible credibility to the results not found anywhere else.

Ben Feltwell of Caravan Talk presented the awards at the NEC Motorhome and Caravan Show to Shane Smith (General Manager) and Anne Hargreaves (Aftersales Advisor).

Reads won the award for Best Caravan Servicing, which was the first award of its kind in the industry acknowledging the work done by caravan aftersales and workshops. They were also runners up in the Best Caravan Dealer category.
