Our Dealer of the Year Awards recognise dealers who go the extra mile to bring you exemplary customer and after-sales service.
Buying a tourer is a big investment and while we all do research before reaching for our wallets, we rely on dealers for honest and effective advice. Once you've signed on the dotted line, a good dealer will ensure that servicing and repairs are done swiftly and at the lowest possible cost.
This is why Britain's dealers have a lot to live up to in order to scoop one of our awards. You, the voters, have assessed them on choosing a layout to meet your needs, matching a van to your car, the handover and their attitude to warranty work.

There was one clear overall winner in the 2010 Dealer of the Year Awards. Read Caravans amassed a mountain of votes, including extra praise from many on their voting forms.
The three-acre dealership boasts a purpose-built workshop, eight-bay service centre and six-bay insurance and damp-repair shop. The accessory shop occupies two floors and there's a separate awning showroom.
All of this is impressive but what matters most is service. By looking after its customers before and after the sale, it earned their votes and so, deservedly, this year's top trophy.
